Google Never Stops

Darren McLaughlin’s recent blog “Google Keeping Everyone On Their Toes” reminded us that Google never stops changing their search algorithm.  Today you may be at the top of their search list and tomorrow the bottom.  This is a free marketing service that we are unable to control. However, he also mentioned that:

"One thing Google has never changed is their mantra that “you should build your website for users” and not give a ton of thought to what Google is doing, beyond the basics."

Personally, all sites should be well thought out, designed for ease of use, have a clear message, and a provide reason for your visitors to return.   If you follow these 4 steps, you will not only help your search ranking, but also you will give your customers and future customers a positive experience.
